PAYMENTS

Introduction

Please bookmark this page because you will need it for the remittance of a deposit to secure a booking at Joyo Resort. You will also need to transfer the balance of the accommodation costs using the information below. The full balance will need to clear at least five days prior to your trip. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed within five days of your arrival at Pulau Joyo Private Island Beach Resort.

Deposit Amount

We will need you to secure the booking with a deposit as soon as is possible, but generally within 48 hours. If we do not receive a deposit within this time, you run the risk of having another group book your preferred dates. The deposit is SGD $3,000 for whole island booking. The deposit for individual bookings is generally between SGD $1,000 to $2,000, depending on the number of guests and duration of stay.

Deposit Refund Policy
  • If you cancel 60+ DAYS before the reservation, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a non-refundable administrative & processing fee of SGD $200.

  • Change of reservation date is allowed ONCE if changed 60+ DAYS before the reservation date.

  • NO CHANGES are allowed if there are fewer than 60 DAYS before the reservation.

  • Cancellation within 60 to 30 days is allowed if we can get replacement. SGD $200 administrative & processing fee will apply.

  • Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancellation was made within 30 days of the reservation.

  • Deposits for reservations booked over public holidays and high demand weekends are NON-Amendable and/or NON-Refundable.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to refund the deposit if it is deemed that the booking and cancellation were acts of bad faith.

Credit Card Payments

For your convenience, we accept credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) both online (for deposit only) and on the island for incurred costs like drinks and massage in IDR currency. This option is not available for full balance payment.

International Bank Transfer Payments

Please inform us on the day you transfer funds into our account. Some banks limit transfer amounts per day. It is fine to transfer funds to us in two stages. Please e-mail us at reservations@pulau-joyo.com to let us know what day(s) payments were made and specific amounts sent on each day after you've completed the last transfer. It is important that you contact us with this information and include your full name in the transfer details— otherwise, you run the risk of losing your deposit.

Please note:
 

  • The balance of the accommodation costs needs to be settled five days prior to departure. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed within five days of arrival under any circumstances.

  • Ancillary charges (ex. drinks bills) may be settled on the island by credit card (Visa and/or Mastercard are accepted).
